Parish Mission Statement

We, the members of Burr Oak Lutheran and Hesper Lutheran of the ELCA, proclaim the love of Christ through Word and Sacrament.

We strive to encourage relationships that nurture the faith, enrich the lives of all individuals, and meet the challenges of our changing society.

  • Nurture the faith by providing opportunities for worship, education, and fellowship.
  • Enrich the lives of all individuals through Christian communication, creating a caring atmosphere, and providing opportunities for involvement
  • Meet the challenges of our changing society by prayerful support, positive attitude, and preserving our Christian morals and values.
